24-hour Cancellation policy
Your appointment is very important to Confident Beauty. If you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with 24-hours notice. This way, Confident Beauty will be able to adjust schedules accordingly and to accommodate clients on our waiting list. You may call (voice mail if necessary)/text/email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:
Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount
If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call/text/email and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.
As a courtesy to all, and to ensure enough time for a quality experience please be on time to your appointment. There is no extra fee for arriving late within your scheduled appointment time block, but your service may be shortened in effort to make sure client appointments following yours are not also pushed back on time. Please be aware that the full amount of your original scheduled service time will still be applied to your total at the end of your appointment.
Refunds and Returns
No refunds, returns or exchanges are given for products or services rendered.
Reactions and Sensitivities
A reaction to products used during your lash service, although at very low-risk, are a possibility you should be aware of when getting lash extensions. Unless known allergies are stated by you, it is unfortunately otherwise unforeseeable. No refunds will be issued for reactions. Please be sure to let us know at your earliest convenience if you become aware of any type of reaction. We will do our best to remedy the problem on our end.
If you currently are experiencing a reaction from lashes applied at another salon or have had a reaction to adhesive or lashes in the past, we will unfortunately not be able to service you. Written permission from a physician is required to proceed with any future services.
Children & Pets
To ensure the safety and comfort of children and to comply with insurance liability considerations, we respectfully ask that no children or pets accompany you to your appointment. Thank you for understanding.
